For me, baking isn’t just a skill, it’s therapy, my happy place, and a way to heal. My studio is where I find peace, pouring love and care into every cake I create. After experiencing profound loss in my life, I’ve come to understand how powerful it is to bring joy to others through something handmade and beautiful.

As the daughter of a jeweller, I inherited a love for artistry and meticulous attention to detail. Just as my father crafted precious jewels, I create edible works of art, each cake telling a story, capturing a moment, and celebrating the people who matter most.

But a cake is more than its appearance. The flavour is just as vital as the look; that’s why I carefully review and update my menu seasonally. I listen closely to what my clients love, ensuring that when someone experiences my cake, the beauty they see transfers to their palate, creating a truly beautiful memory.
