Ana specialises in extended-height cakes with four layers of flavourful butter cake and generous fillings. Each cake is finished with silky Swiss meringue buttercream or, on request, white chocolate ganache for a premium finish.
Your cake will be made to order and custom-designed to suit your event, theme and taste preferences, so that it’s as meaningful as the moment you’re celebrating.
